1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to buy or use anything sold on this website. We use age verification at checkout and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we cannot verify age.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Pricing on the site is correct at the time of publishing but may change; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Stock is not reserved until payment clears.
4. Delivery
We dispatch to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You agree we can leave parcels with neighbours or in a safe place unless you tell us otherwise.
5. Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products for a refund. Opened nicotine consumables are non-returnable on hygiene grounds unless faulty.
6. Faulty goods
If something arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, replace or refund per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by UK law. Otherwise, our maximum liability is the value of the order.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
